I’m sorry to say it looked much better than it tasted 🤣. But, here’s the ingredients, onion, peppers, peas, garlic, mushrooms, passata, mixed herbs, soy mince, wholewheat pasta

Hum..sounds good. Can’t imagine what went wrong. what would’ve made it more flavorful to you ?

If I make this again with soy mince, I’ll add plenty of garlic puree along with the garlic already mentioned, at lease another tablespoon of dried herbs, and my natural thought is a beef stock cube, but I might try a vegetable stock cube first.
