Just to show, the body throws up surprises, sometimes good, sometimes not.

  1. I am worried about weighing in every day…I don’t think it is good for mental health 😦

It is influenced by so many factors that once a week to look at general trends I think is more useful.

That being said I haven’t weighed myself in a year and a half…

    1. I agree, if anyone was to ask my opinion I would say don’t do it every day, simply because of all the biological and chemical factors involved, and I want to get to your stage where I don’t weigh at all, and let my clothing tell me how I’m doing.
I suppose I’m looking at this daily weigh as a bit of an experiment, and a bit of a kicking as I do keep slipping 😆, but in seriousness, if I do find myself becoming fixated, I will stop.

      1. Please do stop if it becomes a fixation.
It has taken me a really long time to be ok not weighing and dieting. I have a hugely disordered relationship with food because of constant weighing etc and it worries me.

I, personally don’t think you need a bit of a kicking but you have to do what works for you 🙂
