I am so lucky!

I started prepping our salads (made a couple if mistakes because I’m dog tired!)

Paul roused and came to help, so he’s done a few days of fruits, nuts and the eggs.

Then I walked back into the living room and found this!

Paul knows I’m trying to work on my dairy, and he knew I wouldn’t bother, so he just went ahead and made supper without me even noticing! Greek yoghurt with seeds and honey.

I am soooo lucky to have his support 😍
