11th Nov 2019 – ok, the day could have been better!

Hey all, hope your Monday has been kind to you.

My day has been, well, not great!

I started well, but forgot it’s my work mate’s birthday, and bad Liz brought in mini flapjacks (I had two), mini choc bites (I had one), mini lamb pasties (I had two) and cup cakes (I had one). Hmmmm!!!!

I didn’t eat my salad or my fruit, and limited myself to two cups of tea during the day.

That might have been ok, but we had lamb left over from Saturday night, so that was dinner tonight.

So, summary of food and drink as follows:

Fluid – 200ml milk, 3 teas, 1 can Pepsi max, 1 glass of water.

Food – 28g natural nuts, 1 hard boiled egg, naughties.

Dinner – lamb, spuds, carrots, onion, sprouts and

mushrooms in gravy and mint sauce added.

exercise – walked to and from mums, but I cheated even on this! I walked across the road instead of walking upto and over the bridge! Less muscle work and less overall steps!

So, not good! Oh well, onwards and upwards, tomorrow will be better. In this for the long haul!

  1. Oh dear, it’s hard when there’s stuff like that around. I’ve been lucky in that I’ve been able to resist the goodies that my partner has here at home, sweet biscuits, sausage rolls and stuff like that. I just grab a drink of water out of the fridge when he eats those things.
