Hey all, this will be another short post I’m afraid, feeling so drained at the moment.
I’ll be fine in a couple of days, the monthly will stop, I’ll have a relaxed weekend, and our third work mate will be back from leave on Monday.
So, on to today.
Food – 28g natural nuts, 1 hard boiled egg, salad, grapes.
Dinner was a freezer raid. Today is girls night but mum’s had some dental work done, so she had slimfast shake (didn’t know she was giving it a go) and I took stuff round to cook for me and my sis.

I didn’t take a pic of finished plate, but basically a tomato based sausage pasta. I used a bit of mum’s dried herbs and 1cal oil as well.
Fluid – 200ml milk, no water, 4 teas, 1 can Pepsi max. Not great.
Exercise – nope, none today. I could have walked to mum’s, but, well, didn’t.
Paul has prepped a yoghurt with frozen fruit, just waiting for it to defrost.
So that’s me. I’m sorry I’m not engaging so much at the moment. I will soon, but in the meantime I wish you all well. 😍
