28th Nov 2019 – preparing for some Christmas shopping!

Hey all, for those celebrating Thanks Giving, I’m hoping your having a wonderful day, for the rest of us, hope you’ve had a good day too.

Work has alternated between quiet and stressful today!

My daughter is popping in on Saturday, she and Paul are going to move a unit upstairs so the Christmas tree can be brought down. I’m so excited 🤪

My food and drink has been ok today, but again no exercises.

Usual day food, but a handful of cheesy nibbles as well. Paul cooked liver this evening.

I am feeling almost back to strength now, just a bit of coccyx pain, so this weekend I’m going to start booting my arse into gear again.

Tonight and tomorrow night are dedicated to Christmas shopping.  I’m so excited for the gifts we’ve already bought!

So I’m gonna leave this post at this for tonight and spend some more dosh 😊
