6th Feb – a good food day and a lovely evening with our eldest niece

Hey all, hope you are well.

Some good news! We are kid free this weekend! So my only commitment will be to pop round and have a cuppa with my friend, then see family for our nephew’s birthday for a couple of hours… YAY!

Don’t you just love an expected bit of free time!

Had my bloods taken today, I’m quite looking forward to seeing what results are.

Also visited dentist, nothing they can do for my mouth, teeth are fine, it’s just gum disease. So I have a clean booked in a couple of weeks, and will continue as I am, but adding in flossing as I just can’t use the tepe brushes.

Nothing to report on work.

We spent a few hours round our niece’s this evening and she cooked a nice meal for us. Unfortunately Paul doesn’t like carrots, so I had his carrots and he had my lovely looking chips. He owes me… BIG TIME!

We shall leave it a few weeks and then drop Paul’s irrational hatred of carrots into conversation. That way It’ll just be convo and Carly shouldn’t remember and be embarrassed πŸ˜‰

My phone and watch seem to be behaving now. Happy days!

So, to my day!

Sleep – I fell asleep on the sofa last night after writing my blog, very uncomfy. But I must have been dog tired. I even got over an hour of deep sleep in bed and only three loo stops! My watch was on charge so pic below only shows time in bed, not time on sofa.

Food – 40g natural nuts, 60g dried fruit, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 cheese portion. Prawn salad for lunch.

Dinner – a lovely piece of chicken and carrots.

A little bit of dark chocolate with ginger.

Fluid – no milk, blood tests were fasting so I didn’t have my milk this morning. 2 glasses of water, 3.5 cups of tea, 1 glass of diet lemonade

Exercise – none tonight, but we’ll do something tomorrow night.

So that’s it from me.

I have loads to catch up with on wordpress, some lovely comments too 😊, I shall dedicate some time to that from tomorrow night… (kid free 😍)
