I am pleased to report I have exceeded my exercise targets for the week.
I even went up the hill which I wasn’t going to start till next week!

i have failed π¦ after doing makeup time overtime at my job and being too exhausted to exercise which in turn also made me lazy at times in regards to eating. but one day at a time and your positive posts always offer an ounce of hope

Nope, you have not failed. You are on the back burner for a while. Life takes over sometimes and the lessons we think we’ve learned, and habits we think we’ve adopted turn out not to be as cemented as we think. I’m still a few lbs away from where I was before xmas, you and I are not alone, you’ll get back on your path soon enough, just keep in mind that this is something you want to do, and when time, energy and motivation permit, you’ll be joining me (and so many others) again. Keep your chin up, tomorrow’s another day π€©
