Hey all, hope you are well.
Last night was not good. I had nightmare after nightmare, and lots of loo stops for which I almost felt pathetically too scared to get out of bed for. Ridiculous!!! I’m 45 years old for crying out loud!
I do hope tonight is better. I’m sure it will be.
This has meant I’ve been exhausted all day, matchsticks would have been most welcome!
And why is my coccyx aching so much today?!?
Good news, Paul’s back home now. I’m looking forward to having a nice snuggle tonight 😊
Enough with my problems, let’s get on with some facts.
Food – 28g natural nuts, 160g fruits, 1hard boiled egg, salad.
Paul cooked up salmon with pasta for dinner.

We’re now enjoying some fruit.
Fluids – 2 x 200ml milk, 2 cups of tea, 0.5l water.
Exercise – 2 mile walk. This isn’t what I was hoping for, I was looking to get myself back to vigorous exercise, but I realised early on today that wouldn’t happen, so I made sure I walked to and from my mum’s tonight when going to put her bins out.
Here’s to hoping we all have a peaceful nights sleep.
