Hey all, a quick update while chilli con carne begins the slow simmer and before I pack our overnight stuff!

Unbelievably I lost 3lb! I am so shocked, and secretly pleased. I say secretly, because I can only put the loss down to the calories I’ve missed out on this week, and those calories are from dairy and fruits! So a loss, but not good on the nutrition!
Anyway, here’s my ticket for this week.

Excitingly, I’m nearly in the 14 stone range, and I’m just 2lb of hitting 2 stone loss!
Anyway, sorry for the rushed update, I probably won’t get a chance to do a proper update until tomorrow night.
Bravo on your weight loss this week, I really want a chilli now to, think i may just do one next week sometime, have a great weekend x

Thank you 😊. I’ve been trying the chilli, I’ve gone through life saying I don’t like it! I’m gonna have to add yoghurt to my bit, HEAT! 🤣😂🤣😂

Congrats on your weight loss this week! Isn’t it great when you think that you may not have done so well, and then discover you have? You must be feeling so much better now after losing almost 2 stone. Keep up the great work!

It really is great! this week, fingers crossed, I’ll be in the 14stone bracket and will have lost 2 stone! The last time I was in the 14 stones was 2006! Joined Weight Watchers then, but I obviously wasn’t ready to sort myself out 😀

Fingers are crossed for you here too. I have done Weight Watchers, other diet clubs etc etc in the past as well. Most of them I gave up on after only a few months if that.

Same here, I found slimming world worked better for me, but even that felt half hearted.

I always add cheese to my chilli as I make it a little too hot for me without!! x
