Hey all, hope your day has been good.
I feel like I’m turning a corner now, I’m not as tired and not in so much pain.
I worked from home today but didn’t exercise. I felt annoyed about this, but when I thought about it I realised with how I’m feeling, sometimes a break is needed. So I’ve forgiven myself.
But I’m glad I felt annoyed, that tells me I’m not giving up.
Although exercises haven’t been done, I’ve not been too bad with food again. Not brilliant with the full range of nutrition, but not bad.
So, here’s my day:
Food – 28g natural nuts, only 1 portion of fruit, 1 hard boiled egg. Salad.
Dinner was chicken in a Maggie bag with onions, peppers, garlic and mushrooms, more than 2 portions of veggies. This was with my oven cooked spuds

Fluid – 200ml milk, 1 can Pepsi max, 4 cups of tea.
Anyway, that’s my log for today 😊
