17th Jan – that goodness it’s Friday!

Evening all

What a day! well what a week actually šŸ˜€

I am thankful we can relax for tonight at least. I’m kind of looking forward to tomorrow, Paul and I are going to Kew Gardens in London. It’s been years since we last went. I’ll take a few pics for tomorrow’s post šŸ™‚

That’ll make up for the unreasonably early morning we’ll have on Sunday getting Mum from Heathrow.

I have a couple of confessions to make!

Paul found 30% less sugar dairy milk, we had a bar each! it wasn’t quite the same but it was nice enough. There are also some lost and found pretzels, which are being finished off this evening. Oh…. and there was a slice of bread and butter this afternoon! oh dear! My promise to myself for next week – NO UNNECESSARY FOODS!

Obviously I don’t expect to do well on weigh in tomorrow. And I don’t have any right to expect any different…… oops!

At least my good nutrition is back on the up now though, so yes there’s badness, but there’s a lot of goodness as well.

And on the subject of Paul…. half hour late from work, no text, no call, no nothing! now, I’m a worrier, always have been, always will be. Paul did apologise, however that was somewhat diminished by the fact he was trying his hardest not to laugh! grrrrrrr

He’s forgiven now, of course, he’s so annoying, I can never be annoyed at him for long šŸ˜€

Good news, the monthly pains are very nearly gone…YAY!

On to the day.

Food – 40g natural nuts (there are cashews in the mix now), 90g dried fruits (I’ve discovered I really like apricots and absolutely adore dates) and 1 hard boiled egg. Prawn salad for lunch.

Dinner was healthier fish and chips.

As you can see, no veggies, but I had about 7 portions with salad and fruits.

Fluid – 330ml of milk, 4 cups, no 5 cups of tea, 1 glass of water, 1 can of pepsi max.

Exercise – there’s always next week!

So that’s me for now. I’ve got the lap top, so I’m going to do a bit of WordPress catch up tonight šŸ™‚
