7 days a non smoker

Hello!

I’m writing this in the hope that anyone thinking of quitting smoking might read this and be encouraged.

Most smokers will have tried to stop smoking at some point, only to find themselves desperate and stressed.

It doesn’t need to be this way.

I have now been fag free for 7.5 days. I have had moments where I’ve thought I could do with a fag, then a couple of minutes later I’ve forgotten all about it.

At no point have I thought of buying a pack (indeed, I’ve saved myself £73.50 over these 7 days).

I am still amazed at how easy this has been, I’m almost suspicious… I just don’t know where to aim that suspicion!

Every day my thoughts of fags are lessening.

So, if you would like to stop, I would strongly recommend the book I used. There’s no gobbledegook, just let’s you think about stopping in a different and more positive way.

Here’s the book I used.

On reading reviews from others, there was one that stuck in my head. Can’t remember the exact words, but something like “why didn’t I read this book sooner”

This rings so true to me, I had the book for over half a year before finally reading it, and boy do i wish I’d not waited.

Hope that’s of some help, and if you are gonna try by any method, GOOD LUCK 😊
