What a difference a day or two can make – I’m feeling… not motivated as such, it’s a better feeling than that, I feel the food has been a normal day, rather than a healthy eating day… almost as though my mindset is changing?
There’s been a couple of eye openers today, first one, milk – I believe whole heartedly I have an intolerance, I drank a glass this morning before work, and spent the morning with a grumbling stomach, wind and a bit of diarrhoea. This has only happened when I drink milk, but there are a couple of things I can try, so from tomorrow I shall have half a glass in the morning and half a glass in the evening.
The other thing is water, I drank, yes me, a full litre of water by about 2pm, and I needed the loo so much, I think I wee’d out two litres! So I’m going to try make tomorrow’s litre last me all work day and see if the loo stops ease off!
Paul did well and ate his food, which mirrored mine, with only a bit of grumbling. To be fair, the cherries from Tesco were tasteless, so I actually agree with him. Even more impressive, he is practising mindful eating!
So today, 1 hard boiled eggs, 25g natural nuts, 80g each of grapes and cherries, salad. 1 tea with 1 half spoon sugar, 1 litre of flavoured sugar free water, 1 cup of milk.
Tonight we had pork, heated through with a knob of butter, quick cook rice and loads of peas and sweetcorn.

We have still to eat Greek yoghurt with honey and seeds, and do exercises – step and strength, which we’ll be starting in about 15 minutes.
I shall also have at least another half litre of water.
So, my days is going well, my only hope is that I don’t need too many loo stops tonight, disrupting my sleep.
Teddy bye for now!
