16th Jan – a good food day, but boy am I cold!

Evening all, hope you are well.

I’m feeling quite run down today, Even though I only got up twice during the night.

Had a strange moment during dinner, I was half way through, chatting to Paul, and then I just got very light headed. This is not something I’m concerned about, this is not unknown for me during meltdown week, what was unusual was the length of time it lasted, a good three minutes. Just another thing for me to monitor!

Before coming home Paul and I took Angela and Lukey to Matalan, Lukey now has a nice suit for his dad’s funeral.

I’m hoping I can lock the door on the world tomorrow night, but we’ll see.

Right now I’m on my sofa with a hot water bottle for my coccyx, and tablets for the head, stomach and back aches.

Other than that, the foods been good today although we have had a bit of choc tonight.

Food – 40g natural nuts, 90g dried fruits, 1 hard boiled egg, prawn salad for lunch.

By the time we got back home we were knackered! I was hoping for liver which Paul can get on the table within 20 minutes, and a real comfort eat for me. Unfortunately Paul couldn’t face cooking tonight, so it was left to me. Paul did suggest take away, and oh my god!!!! I was so tempted… I didn’t feel like cooking either!

However, i cooked Maggie bag with nearly 6 portions of veggies, and 2 chicken breasts, and then did my old faves, oven spuds!

Not the prettiest of pics!

Paul is going to make us Greek yoghurt with seeds and honey in a while. With my milk this morning and mozzarella in my salad, that will give me my 3 dairy portions for the day. So important for women.

Fluid – 200ml milk, 4 cups of tea (could have had more but trying to limit), half a can of Pepsi max (from yesterday) and 1 glass of water.

Exercise – no, not today, I decided with that dizzy spell, exercise is off the agenda today. There’s a small (I admit it’s a very small) part of me that’s annoyed, we’re going back to Wales in August, and I so want to be fit enough to get up Snowdon.

Ah well, not worth the possible problems.

The next few days are dodgy for one reason or another, tomorrow’s ok, Saturday London, Sunday 4.45am picking mum up from airport, Monday funeral, Tuesday – fully back to me dedication!

I think I might miss the yoghurt tonight, we still have single cheese portions in the fridge, I’ll have one of those instead. A nice shower and early night sound like heaven to me 😊.

All being well I’m gonna get to catch up with your posts tomorrow night, maybe even during the day if I can.

But for now I think it’s time for bed.

Night.
