Hiya all, hope you are well and safe.
Nothing has happened today, work was slow, very slow, Very very Slow!
But I sit there, waiting for something to happen!
We have not been forgotten at work, we are on either reduced wage or furlough. Peter and I are on reduced wage and Liz has been furloughed. Liz is absolutely gutted, as such I have offered to swap, we’ll know next week if this can happen.
Got a couple of things planned if Liz and I swap, want to try and do some writing, it’s been years since I’ve written any stories. I want to make a couple of bits with marbling oils to hang on walls. I want to do some free nutrition courses, help me understand more the what and why of things. Get into an excellent exercise routine!
I am looking forward to a video call with mum and sis in a little while, we’ll have a cuppa and chin wag together.
So, enough of the day, here’s the details…
Sleep – good! I only got up once last night… heaven! I woke earlier than my alarm, but was so relaxed and content, I decided not to get up and enjoyed the sheer perfectness of the moment!
Fluid – 3 teas, 3 pepsi max, and a chai latte later.
Exercise – move on!
Food – 90g dried fruit, 40g nuts, cheese and salami seedy sarnie for lunch.
Dinner tonight was liver.

Dinner last night was slow cooker curry, rice and bread.
