Hey all, hope you are well.
I’m going to struggle keeping up with you guys over the next few days. We have a funeral on Friday, my in-laws over on Saturday and visiting a birthday neice on Sunday. So please bear with me, I will get round to catching up on your posts, it’s just going to take me into next week.
I’ll try to keep posting my updates, but may end up doing a combined one until I’m back to normal.
So onto daily business!
Food – 28g natural nuts, 160g fruit, 1hard boiled egg, salad.
For dinner we had gammon with pineapple rings, oven cooked spuds and loads of mushrooms with a little bit of chopped up bacon. Dinner was huge, I was over run with mushrooms and there was a bit of bacon (about 1 rasher left over from liver last week) that needed eating.

Needless to say, we both left quite a bit of food!
Fluid – I’ve had two cups if tea today, and about. 5l water. I’ll hopefully be having about 400ml of milk through the next couple of hours. This will give me my daily calcium and fluid.
Exercise – I did the 37min intensive cardio today. Feeling quite good for it as well.
