I’m writing this the morning after the day before!
Last night was FAB! We did not guess the murderer, but we had a great time watching the actors (Irchester Players) playing their roles, fab performance 😀

Anyway onto business!
Daily promises – Fizzy? Not till evening. Water? Yes, 800ml. Dairy? Yoghurt but nothing else. Exercise? YES! 167 minutes in total so far, passed my 150 minute total.
So knowing the food and alcohol we we’re gonna be having, I did some damage limitation during the day.
During the day – 28g natural nuts, fruit and yoghurt, 1 rice cake and the remainder on spag bol from night before. I also had 1 cup of tea.
For my exercises I did my 20ish minute stretches (which I don’t count towards my target because the heart rate stays lovely and calm) and then the 25ish minute HIIT programme!
Then last night, so 3 glasses of single shot Tia Maria and diet coke, 1 glass of diet coke, 1 glass of water.
Then food!



I left quite a bit on all of my courses, and had just a bit of sauce on main and afters. So I’m feeling quite pleased with myself. Not healthy, but healthier!
Today has started well as well, but I’ll update on that later 😊
