Hey all, hope you are ok.
I’m working from home as is as many people as possible. Unfortunately, the situation as it is means there is very little work coming in, this means I’m sitting in front of my computers all day with bugger all to do.
I am thankful of course that I at least have a job.
Paul, along with the entire company he works for has now been put on a three month furlough.
My mum advised us all this morning that she has a fever again. Her temperature has come down a little, and she has no trouble with breathing.
My sister knows of 2 others who have had similar timelines, poorly, seemingly well, then poorly again. Obviously 2 cases isn’t a lot to go on, but we are hoping mum will follow this timeline and will be fine in a couple of days.
I’m getting toothache again, I’ve been too frugal with my mouthwash and am using normal toothpaste. I’m going to ask Katie to pop to chemist for me tomorrow.
Katie is now also on furlough. Amy may lose her job as she is a temp and the company she’s currently at has lost some contracts due to the virus.
My period has finally started today, and with it coccyx, back pain and sometimes severe cramping.
Anyway, on to the daily report.
Sleep – not too bad, I did stay up late last night though as I wanted to watch news night.

Food – 40g natural nuts, 90g dried fruit, 1 cheese portion. For lunch we had a veggie sausage sarnie.
For dinner we had gammon, oven roast spuds, sweetcorn and peas. I left most the fat and some potatoes.

For supper we had tinned apricots.

With the tinned fruit, and increase in dried fruit, we have at least had 5 portions of fruit and veg, and with the teas, milk and cheese I’ve managed my three dairy portions.
Fluid – 200ml of milk, 1 Pepsi max, 2 waters, about 5 teas.
Exercise – yes, I did the cardio programme this morning.
So there’s my day.
Stay safe people.
Great work staying on program! I hope your mom recovers quickly!
