
We love a fry up, and it’s not something I’m gonna give up! But, I have made healthier choices, so Sainsbury be good to yourself sausages and bacon, 1cal spray for cooking, scraping the full fat butter on bread rather than a thick layer.
Now, my apologies for doing a calorie count, mostly i am trying to stay away from that and eat healthily and sensibly instead, but this meal with processed meats was 610 calories, it’s scary to think what my usual fry up would have been!
The good thing I did was listen to my body, and when I felt I was getting full, I stopped eating, as you know this is really difficult for me, so I feel a small sense of victory π
