Hey all, hope you are keeping well and safe.
Today has been a better day. I didn’t have the most amazing sleep, but it was much better than the night before.
Work was work. Nothing to report.
Pains have been sporadically non existent and very bad. Also still on π¦
I did a strength programme today, it’s good to do something I know I should be doing, and not putting it off. Hey, maybe this time, i’ll keep on with it!
So, without further ado, here are my daily specifics:
Sleep – much better, don’t feel as worn down.

Fluid – 200ml of milk, 4 cups of tea, 2 glasses of water, 1 can of Pepsi max (I know I had it, but I don’t physically remember it… odd!)
Exercise – yes π.

Food – 40g natural nuts, 90g dried fruit.
Cheese and ham sandwich (1.5 sarnies) for lunch.
Gammon, sweet potato fries (shop bought) and cauliflower for dinner.

Greek yoghurt with seeds and honey for supper.

So things I am pleased with today are:
- I’ve had 3 dairy portions
- I’ve had 2 glasses of water
- I’ve done my strength work out
- I cut the fat of my gammon
- I’ve had 5 portions of fruit and veg
That’s it from me people. Stay safe, stay well.
Brilliant π
I am glad you had a better day!
Just because I am nosy, what strength programme are you doing?
Strength training makes you feel like a superhero π

hahaha youβre training does make you a super hero! the programme i use is just about acceptable for beginners, i guessβ¦ hope π itβs a Hasfit programme on youtube. Itβs called β17 min strength training workout for beginnersβ I like the trainer, and I like that i can do everything and as I started with 1kg (almost embarrassed to admit that :D) and am now on 2k (except for two of the exercises where Iβm still using 1kg) i know i can build up on it. I also feel this is an all over programme so I feel confident that when Iβm doing this at least three times a week, I am giving all of me a decent strength work out!

Donβt be embarrassed to admit that! Whatever weight challenges you is the right weight!!
A huge part of actually doing training programmes especially at home, is liking the trainer!! The other huge part of it is feeling confident!! That is the first step to superhero status!

As far as I am concerned the main point of this sort of training is making you feel confident doing it…which magically leads to superhero tendencies ππ
