3rd Sept 2019 – WOOHOO! Exercise and good eating!

A fab day, yes, yes I know, if you read my previous post, naughty treats and trade offs, you’ll know there were two not perfect moments. But they were excellent compromise moments 🤣

So, no nuts, no eggs, yes cherries, strawberries and grapes, yes healthy salad. Yes welsh cake and caramel bite.

Then salmon with aubergine, butternut squash and red onion mixed with dried herbs (thyme I think) and about 15 squirts of 1 cal spray and oven cooked, and my usual potatoes with garlic puree, different dried herbs (sage and oregano) and tbsp olive oil mixed together and thrown in oven. And I listened to myself and stopped when I was satisfied, not stuffed!

Dinner

Good result with milk, had 100ml this morning and 100ml this evening, no dodgy tummy !!!! Thank goodness for that!

Also good result with water, drank my water more slowly throughout the day, no desperate dashes to the loo!

Have just visited with my mum and aunt, had half a can of Pepsi max, left the rest for mum.

Exercises…. YEEEES! all three routines. It was a struggle today, but I’m having a rest day tomorrow.

I’m about to tuck into Greek yoghurt with seeds and honey…. YUM!
