7th Nov 2019 – a good food day, exercise still to do.

Hey all, driving has not been my friend today! It took me an hour to crawl the 7 miles to work, so I was late for the first time ever this morning. Then tonight, I did a full day on the office, so drove home in the dark… first time this winter.

Katie’s phoned to say the brake light on her moped has stopped working, so Paul is going to pick her up from work. I’ll do my exercises while he’s out.

I’ve now sorted what I’ll be wearing to tomorrow’s funeral. I was worried I had nothing to wear and would need to go shopping tomorrow afternoon between work and funeral. I’m glad that’s a pressure I don’t have.

Still left to do this evening, nails, brows, exercises and drink some fluid.

Remembered to do bills during day, so job jobbed on that front.

So, on to my report.

Food – 28g natural nuts, 1 hard boiled egg, 160g fruit, salad, extra orange.

Dinner – spag bol made over weekend and frozen, we had ravioli instead of normal pasta as it’s been loitering in the fridge for about a month!

I won’t be picking up the ravioli again, it was 400cals for half a pack!

Heres the link to that post if interested https://tryingtolose.food.blog/2019/11/03/cheap-nutritional-spag-bol/

So not a great food day (courtesy of the ravioli), but it wasn’t too bad as the mince bit is healthier than I would normally make.

Fluid – 200ml milk, 2 cups tea, 1 glass of water. I’ll have another 200ml milk and a glass of water within the next 90 minutes.

Exercise – I’m set to do 11min cardio and 15min strength today.

So what did I actually do? I did a new hasfit beginner HIIT programme, this was 25 minutes, then I did the 20min stretchy programme! YAY!! Go me 🤗

That’s it from me for now.
