6th March – exercise done!

Hiya, just a quickie… Walk completed, needed to come home half way through as I needed the loo, but then straight back out! Weekly total so far: 82 minutes of vigorous activity and 116 minutes of moderate activity. And for supper… Natural Greek yogurt with seeds and honey! Byeee
