Despite the thumping ovaries, sleepless night and tiredness I am delighted! Plodded onto the scales this morning….. 16 stone 7.0 lb!!!! A loss of 3.8 lb – WOOHOO! And I was organised last night and got my salads and hard boiled eggs ready for the next few days! Roll on this week!
